On the movements of the Sun
2024-05-02 12:57
There are people taking it for granted they already know how the Sun moves. The trouble with this is what they think they know is false.
On the movements of the Moon
2024-04-26 12:33
A great deal of people seem to believe the Moon is only up at night. I think it is because the crescent is used as a symbol for night-time. Neither do they spend much attention at what one can see in the sky.

In defence of homosexuality
2023-12-07 12:29
Unfortunately, there are still plenty of people hostile to homosexuals. They talk about homosexual behaviour which is supposed to be optional to everyone.
The frozen continent of Antarctica
2023-11-03 10:57
Antarctica is a continent lying around the South Pole. However, it is not particularly symmetrical. There is considerably less land in the direction of South America and the Pacific.
Consequences of the Earth’s motions
2023-10-27 11:07
Regardless if they are flat-earthers or not some denies that the Earth moves. The argument is we would feel it. The problem with this argument is we don’t feel movement in and of itself.
